Terms of use
Last updated October 21, 2026. Bothnest is in a private beta.
By using Bothnest you agree to these terms. They're short and in plain language; please read them.
What Bothnest is, and isn't
- Bothnest is a tool to help two parents coordinate their children's schedule.
- It isn't legal advice and doesn't replace your parenting plan, court order or agreement. If they differ, your order or agreement is what counts.
- Please check important handovers and dates yourself. We work hard to get every calculation right, and we'd like to hear about anything that looks wrong.
A beta
Bothnest is in a private beta. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever stop the service, we'll tell you in advance.
Your information
- What you add to Bothnest stays yours.
- You allow us to store it and to show it to the other parent in your family, as described in the privacy policy.
- Only add information you have the right to share, such as your own children's schedule.
Using it fairly
- Don't use Bothnest to harass, threaten or mislead the other parent.
- Keep your sign-in and calendar addresses to yourself. If an address may have been shared, regenerate it in Calendar sync.
- We may suspend an account that's used to harm others or the service.
Responsibility
Bothnest is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using it, including missed or mistaken handovers.
